Agreement and permitted use By selecting “I agree” or the agreement checkbox, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Use VelociReport only if you are at least 18 and authorized to act for the account or organization you represent. Your organization may have a separate written agreement; that agreement controls conflicting commercial terms. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account. You may still read these documents and request help or deletion.

Professional responsibilities VelociReport supports inspection records, planning, designs, reports and related business workflows. It is not an emergency service, engineering firm, licensing authority, insurer, manufacturer or authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). The Safety & Professional Responsibility notice is part of these Terms. You remain responsible for qualifications, physical inspections, measurements, input accuracy, code research, equipment selection, work quality and required approvals.

Designs and calculations Generated layouts, dimensions, quantities, component selections, routing, coverage checks and calculations are assistance for a qualified professional. They may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Verify each output against actual site conditions, current adopted codes, the exact manufacturer's listed system and installation manual, equipment listings, and AHJ requirements before quoting, ordering, installing, modifying or approving a system. A passing software check is not certification, a professional seal, a permit, or manufacturer/AHJ approval. Never use an unresolved or unverified design for installation.

Reports and records Reports reflect the information and observations supplied for the recorded inspection; they do not independently prove that an inspection occurred, that every hazard was found, or that a system will operate safely. The responsible inspector must review the report, dates, scope, findings, photographs and signatures before finalization or submission. A generated signature field is not proof of signer identity or authorization. Obtain proper consent and follow applicable signature requirements. Preserve original finalized records and identify corrections. Submission, saving or email delivery does not mean AHJ acceptance; verify recorded receipt and review status. No report guarantees future compliance, safety, insurability or freedom from defects.

Accounts, security and acceptable use Keep credentials private, secure your devices, sign out of shared devices, and promptly report suspected misuse. Use only authorized workspaces and records. Do not falsify inspection findings, signatures, credentials, ratings or approvals; upload unlawful content; impersonate someone; probe other accounts; bypass access controls; or interfere with the service. Access may be restricted or suspended for security, misuse, loss of authorization or legal requirements. Contact us to review an access concern.

Your information and intellectual property You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of submitted content. You grant the operator the permission necessary to host, process, back up and share that content to provide authorized features and comply with law. Upload only information you are entitled to use and share. VelociReport software, branding and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law; third-party materials remain their owners' property. This license does not authorize redistribution of copyrighted manuals or standards. No ownership of your inspection records is transferred to the operator.

Availability, exports and external services Connectivity, approval, synchronization and third-party services can affect availability. Maintain appropriate independent backups and verify exports and successful synchronization. Do not assume unsynced work or an unsent notice is available to another person. Links, contractors, ratings and integrations are not endorsements or guarantees. No charge or paid subscription is created by accepting these Terms; any commercial fees must be separately disclosed and agreed.

Warranty and responsibility To the extent permitted by law and subject to any separate written agreement, the software is supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free outputs. The operator does not warrant that designs or reports satisfy every professional, regulatory or contractual requirement. Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits statutory consumer rights, or excuses fraud, deliberate misconduct or legally non-excludable negligence.

Ending use, changes and disputes You may stop using the app and request account/data deletion through the published contact. Records may need to be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy. Material changes will have a new effective date and be presented for renewed acknowledgment before continued app use where appropriate. Iowa law governs these Terms to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections available under applicable law. Contact us first to seek resolution; these Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights to a court or regulator.

Privacy Policy

Scope and responsibility This policy explains the current VelociReport app and connected portal. The operator handles account, security and service administration. Inspection companies, property organizations and public authorities also determine how their own inspection/business records are used and may have independent privacy and retention duties. Contact the organization responsible for a record as well as us when needed. This policy does not cover an external service's independent website or practices.

Information handled Depending on your role and features used, the service handles names, email addresses, account IDs, organization details, usernames, roles and assignments; company licensing/insurance information; property addresses and entered map coordinates; customer contacts; inspection answers, observations, designs, photographs, signatures, reports and deficiencies; schedules, contractor agreements, CRM notes and communications; ratings and associated service records; approval, submission and security audit history. Do not enter payment-card details, government identity numbers, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information. Current payment processing is not enabled.

Device and service information The app stores settings, legal acknowledgment version/time, drafts, workspace records and backups on the device as needed for operation. The portal uses browser storage for preferences, supported draft recovery and messaging key material. Service providers process normal connection and diagnostic information such as IP addresses, request times, browser/device information and error/security logs. Account passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; do not send passwords to support. No advertising SDK or advertising-cookie system is added by this release.

Purpose Information is used to approve and authenticate accounts, enforce permissions, prepare and store work, synchronize records, route authorized submissions and client copies, schedule service, provide business tools and messaging, display permitted ratings, investigate misuse, troubleshoot and satisfy legal duties. Optional photos/files are supplied by you through the system picker. Property coordinates are entered for property/service features; the current app does not request continuous device location. Android settings and the file picker let you control selected-file access. The startup movie plays locally without uploading your activity.

Who can receive information Authorized staff see their organization's records according to role and assignment. Authorized customers/property managers receive information made available through their service relationships. Approved AHJs can review submitted records within authorized jurisdictions and source-company access. The configured platform owner has administrative capabilities, including protected account/history and rating-identity review; temporary helpdesk workspaces require the account owner's approval. Infrastructure administrators and contracted service providers may access data for operation, security or lawful requests. Normal company users cannot browse another company's inspection history solely because they share a property. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address abuse or protect rights.

Providers and communications Google Firebase/Google Cloud provide authentication, hosting, databases and related infrastructure. Configured email providers process delivery information and message content for notices, account setup and report copies. External accounting or other services receive data only through the integrations you or your organization actually connect. Email sent to ppwrfp@gmail.com is handled through Gmail. External recipients, downloaded PDFs, shared backups and exported files can retain their own copies outside VelociReport's controls.

Ratings and messages Rating summaries are available only to the roles allowed by the app. Reviewer identity is hidden from ordinary rating viewers but available to the configured super administrator for administration, so ratings are not anonymous to the operator. Messaging stores routing metadata and encrypted content according to the messaging feature; do not assume all app data, reports or email copies are end-to-end encrypted. Account access does not itself grant a right to read private message plaintext.

Sale, advertising and children The current service does not include a feature to sell personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. VelociReport is intended for adults using professional/business services, not children under 18. Contact us if a child's information was supplied so it can be assessed and removed when appropriate.

Retention and deletion There is no single automatic deletion period for all records. Information is retained while needed for the service relationship, authorized inspection/report history, security, dispute resolution or applicable recordkeeping law. Drafts, copies, backups, finalized business records and legally held data can have different retention needs. On a verified deletion request, we will assess and remove eligible account/personal data and explain information retained and the applicable reason or retention criteria. Account closure does not automatically erase reports an organization must retain or copies already delivered to another party. Do not uninstall or clear app storage before syncing/exporting work you need; uninstalling is not a server-deletion request.

Your choices and rights You may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, or information about use/sharing at the contact below without creating a new account. Depending on applicable law, you may also have portability, restriction, objection, or opt-out rights. Send only the account email, relevant organization and request; never a password. We may verify identity and authority before disclosing or changing data. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain a denial or necessary extension. To appeal a decision, write “Privacy appeal” to the same contact and describe the decision; we will review it and provide the outcome. You may contact the Iowa Attorney General or your applicable privacy regulator. We do not deny statutory rights because you make a request.

Security and processing location The service uses access checks, encrypted transport and protected local records. These controls cannot guarantee that a device, exported file, recipient or cloud account will never be compromised. Use device encryption/lock, current software and suitable backup protection. The service uses United States infrastructure and providers that may process information in other locations under their service arrangements. Contact us about applicable organizational requirements before uploading restricted data.

Changes and contact We publish policy updates with a new date and communicate material changes as appropriate. The Account & data deletion page gives a direct email request route. Account & data deletion

Request deletion without signing in Email ppwrfp@gmail.com with the subject “VelociReport account and data deletion request”, or write to the postal address below. Include the account email, organization and whether you request account closure, deletion of eligible associated personal data, or a specific correction/export. Never include your password, full inspection files or identity documents unless a secure verification process is specifically arranged. The email button opens a draft; you must send it. Opening this page does not delete anything.

What happens next The operator will verify your identity and authority, assess the request with the responsible record-holding organization, delete eligible data, and explain any required retention and applicable response timeframe. Contact the same address with “Privacy appeal” to request review of a refusal. Export needed information through authorized app functions before requesting closure.

What may remain Finalized inspection reports, legal/financial records, security/audit evidence, dispute records and legal holds may need to remain for applicable obligations. Organization-owned records can be retained independently of your login. Backups may retain data until their retention cycle completes; restored data must remain subject to the approved deletion request. Recipients may retain previously exported, emailed or submitted copies under their own responsibilities. We will explain which categories are retained and why for your request; this page does not promise immediate erasure of all copies.

Device cleanup After preserving required work and confirming synchronization, you may remove local copies using your device's app-storage controls. This can permanently remove unsynced work. Uninstalling the app does not close your account or delete cloud data. Do not delete organizational inspection records without authorization.

Design & report safety disclaimer

Not an emergency service Do not use VelociReport to report an active fire or other emergency. Follow site emergency procedures and contact emergency services. A saved finding, email notice or status indicator does not replace immediate hazard response, required notification or an impairment procedure.

Designs require independent verification Every generated drawing, layout, component list, dimension, flow/coverage result and calculation depends on the inputs and the software's supported assumptions. Inspect the actual site; verify dimensions, hazard/appliance types, utilities, system compatibility, manufacturer revision/listing, nozzle positioning, pipe limits, obstructions and all relevant constraints. A system recommendation or passing check does not establish that the complete design is installable, listed, code-compliant or approved. Resolve missing inputs, warnings and unsupported conditions. Only appropriately qualified and, where required, licensed professionals may design, install, inspect or approve the work.

Codes, manuals and AHJ approval Verify the currently adopted codes, amendments, manufacturer installation/service instructions and AHJ requirements for the specific location and system. Software references and embedded material may lag revisions or omit exceptions. Obtain required permits, professional review/seals, manufacturer authorization and AHJ approval independently. VelociReport is not affiliated with or endorsed by a manufacturer, standards body or AHJ merely because its name or requirements appear in the software.

Reports record supplied observations The responsible inspector must verify identity, dates, inspection scope, test results, observations, attachments and signatures before issuing a report. Drafts are not final reports. “Passed”, “complete” or similar recorded results do not guarantee discovery of every defect, future performance, legal compliance or insurance coverage. Conditions can change after the inspection. Disclose inaccessible areas, unperformed tests, assumptions, limitations and outstanding deficiencies. Do not conceal a failed test or substitute generated text for work actually performed.

Submission and reliance Verify the final exported document and confirm recipient delivery, submission receipt and AHJ review status. Saving or sending a report does not establish acceptance or correction of a deficiency. Generated documents do not themselves create engineering certification, approval, a permit, or a warranty. Recipients should assess the report's scope, author qualifications and underlying evidence before relying on it. Maintain an authorized correction/audit process and preserve required records.

Responsibility and rights The software assists qualified judgment; it does not replace it. The organization and professionals performing the work remain responsible for applicable duties.
